The draft board that shows its work.

Most rankings are a number and a shrug. SetTheEdge is a model you can read. Every factor, every weight, every regression. Public on the methodology page. You see why a player ranks where he ranks, then you decide.

The glass box

Expand any player and see the math: base projection, o-line effect, schedule, weather, age, the works. Competitors sell you a black box. We hand you the wiring diagram.

Built for draft night

Top 300 with tier breaks, positional sheets, bye weeks on every row, PPR and half and standard with one toggle. Works on your phone in the draft room. Printable PDF if you like paper.

Value and fade flags

We compare the model to live market ADP and mark where the crowd is wrong in both directions. Green means go get him. Red means let someone else pay retail.

The top of the current board

Fair questions

What exactly do I get?

A private link to the full board: Top 300 with tiers, sheets for QB, RB, WR, TE, DST and K, value and fade flags against live ADP, and a clean printable PDF. PPR, half, and standard, one toggle. It updates every few days until Labor Day.

Where does the data come from?

Public play-by-play and tracking data from the nflverse project, plus market ADP. No scraped expert ranks. The model does its own thinking and shows it.

Why should I trust it?

Do not trust it. Read it. The methodology page lists every factor and weight in the model. If you disagree with a weight, you will know exactly what you are disagreeing with. That is the product.

Why the name?

Ask a defensive coach. Setting the edge means nothing gets outside you. On draft night, that is the whole job.
